The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:
Town of Normal – Supply Procurement 2024-2025
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Town of Normal – Supply Procurement 2024-2025" with the time and date of the opening, which will be March 1, 2024 at 3:00pm prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. All questions are to be submitted in writing to Ladeen Finely either by email, or fax. Email to use is as follows: and our fax number is 309-433-3419. The ending date for any questions to be submitted is 12:00pm February 23, 2024. The answers to any questions will be posted on the www.normalil.gov website per an Addendum as soon as possible. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions.
State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov on February 9, 2024. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
