The Town of Normal Police Department will receive proposal for:


Police Towing Services 2023


The Town of Normal is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed proposers to provide vehicle towing services. The intent of the RFP is to secure pricing and establish a Term contract for Police towing services in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this RFP. 


Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, December 8, 2023 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Police Towing Services 2023” at the following location:

Normal, Illinois 61761


Request for Proposal documents are available at The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. 


The Town will evaluate submitted proposals based on their responsiveness to the terms, conditions, and time frames set forth in the RFP. The successful Vendor will be chosen based on the Town’s determination that the proposal can provide the best professional, safe, prompt, affordable, and thorough towing services to the Town and its citizens.
