The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:


TON Parking Deck Lighting Upgrades


Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " TON Parking Deck Lighting Upgrades" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Friday, March 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.


General Project Description: Provide new LED luminaires for the Marriot and College Avenue parking decks. Contractor is responsible to install new fixtures in kind. All Ameren incentives are to be included as a rebate to the contractor and identified in the bid. 


Bid documents are available electronically from the Town of Normal website at or from the office of the Town Clerk. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the ground floor elevator lobby of the Beaufort Street Parking Deck.  


The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
