Beech Street Pavement Replacement
General Project Description: This project consists of approximately 450 CY of Removal of Unsuitable Material, 925 Ton of Subbase Granular Material, Ty. B, 2,700 SY of 8” PCC Pavement Removal and Replacement, 1,280 FT of Combination Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal and Replacement, 90 SY of Pavement Patching, 3 Each Inlet Frame & Grate Removal & Replacement and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications.
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Beech Street Pavement Replacement” at the following location before the following date and time:

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Due Time in Office of the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761
This is a prevailing-wage project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 1:30 PM at the One Uptown Conference Room, One Uptown Circle, 2nd floor.
