Request for Qualifications: 

The Town of Normal is soliciting qualifications from design-build firms (Design-Builders) interested in providing professional design and construction services for the new fire station to be located at the intersection of Shepard Road and Hershey Road in Normal. 

Sealed submissions must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFQ Response—Fire Station 2" with the time and date of the opening, which will be July 8, 2022 at 10:00am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761. Any questions about this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to the following on or before June 17, 2022:

Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the submission opening.  

Submittal forms may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.nomal.org on May 12, 2022.  

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all submissions received and to waive any formalities in the RFQ procedures. This RFQ does not obligate the Town to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response, nor does it obligate the Tow to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The selection of a response will be made by the Town Council and its decision will be final.
