The Town of Normal Water Department will receive sealed bids for the following:
TOWN OF NORMAL – WELL NO. 22 (DIVISION B)
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TOWN OF NORMAL – WELL NO. 22 (DIVISION B)” with the time and date of the opening, which will be May 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the bid due time in the Ron Hill Room, 3rd Floor of City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761.
General Project Description: The BASE BID work includes furnishing and installing a masonry building, electrical gear for a 150 HP pump motor, mechanical equipment, 12-inch diameter ductile iron water pipe and fittings, valves, flow meter, demolition of Well House No. 16, and appurtenant work at well site No. 22. This is a prevailing-wage job

Addenda notices will be made via email to the email address provided when downloading the plans. All Bidding Document holders must provide a name, phone number and email address to receive electronic addenda. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.
The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
