The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:
Sale of Surplus Town Property located at Units 101, 102, 201, and 202 at 305 South Linden
Street, Normal, IL 61761 Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sale of Property-Linden Condominium" with the time and date of the opening, which will be November 13, 2020 at 10:00am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761. Any questions about this proposal must be in writing and addressed to the following on or before October 30, 2020:

Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the proposal opening.
Proposal forms may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org on October 13, 2020.
The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and their decision will be final.
