Birth and death certificates are available through the McLean County Clerk's Office.

3. How do I obtain copies of police reports?

Request for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) information, such as a police report, must be made in writing. A form may be completed at the clerk's office or a request may be made by mail, email or fax to the clerk's office.
