Human Resources

The primary mission of the Human Resources Department is to: 1) serve all Town Departments in recruiting and retaining the highest quality workforce; and 2) serve all employees with exceptional benefit administration and employment services.


The Human Resources Department is responsible for administering the Town's comprehensive employment and benefits programs, including but not limited to, Group Health and Dental Insurance, Life/AD&D Insurance, Family and Medical Leave Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Vision Insurance.
