Public Notary Service: The Town of Normal only provides Notary Services for documents related to the business with the Town, Town of Normal Retiree documents and for active Town of Normal employees.

The Town of Normal does NOT provide Notary Services for the general public (e.g., mortgage/lease documents, immigration/visa documents, will and testament, power of attorney, etc.) For additional Notary Services such as this, several Mobile Notary Services in McLean County can provide assistance. Also check with the UPS Stores in Bloomington and Normal, local accounting firms, title companies, currency exchanges and law offices.
